Physical Science Partnership (PSP) Teacher Collaboratives

  • Who: Primarily science teachers from grades 5 through 10; math teachers in grades 6-9 and science teachers in grades 11 and 12 are also welcome.

  • When: 5:30 to 8 pm  (see dates below)

  • Where: Hancock County Technical Center (HCTC) and Bucksport High School             
                    
  • What happens: Dinner provided from 5:30 to roughly 6:30, discussion of science teaching and curriculum from 6:30 to 8.

Spring DEEP Book Talk


Join fellow educators for an engaging book talk! Participants will discuss Mike Anderson's The Well-Balanced Teacher.  During the three sessions, we will delve into the five key areas that Anderson deems critical in keeping ourselves healthy in order to care for our students.

  • Dates:  Mondays - March 5, 12 and 19
  • Time:  3:45 - 5:30
