In this interactive workshop, you will acquire tools and intervention
strategies that you can use daily. Although many students with Asperger
Syndrome see only in black and white, through immersion in the topic
you
will learn techniques that can be used successfully with a wide range
of the
students in your classroom. Look forward to many "ah hah" moments as
you
learn from interaction, presentation, and design.
Outcomes: By the end of 3 hours, success will look, sound, and feel
like:
* A better understanding of Asperger Syndrome and its characteristics.
* A better understanding of structural intervention strategies.
* Better tools to recognize and respond to varied characteristics of

Asperger Syndrome
* New energy by working with peers in a brain compatible environment
